All resources are held within an internal 'library'. This ensures that all content is safely retained and cannot be replaced or removed outside of the control of the system.

Version Control
CompleteContent has full version control at the resource level ensuring that:
- Whenever a resource is edited, a new version is created and checked out
- There is a full audit trail of who has edited, authorised and published resources and when
- In the event of errors, reversion to the previous version of a resource is fast and simple
- Modifications to resources can be amalgamated into a single release that is then published.
The site can be continually updated and evolved whilst retaining full management control.
